  1. A life well lived, a really hard part of life is watching good people and dogs get old then having to say goodbye. I enjoyed his writing and reading his political views in EDRD.
  2. We really are tormented by these unjust law's. I feel privileged to have grown up threw times when catching rabbits was encouraged, proudly walking threw the village as a kid with ferrets and curs carrying my catch, often a car would pull alongside "do you want to sell any of those rabbit's son" Keep it quiet and try and stay out of trouble folks!
  3. They were hatched by a silky. CP I actually got them because of there reputation of being noisy and protective of their surroundings.
  4. CP I've just had a few guinea fowl chicks given you had any experience with them?
  5. It could of been the 2017 rut, I have a youngster for this season but only plan to stay within a 40 mile radius doing hares and roe. I will pick you up one night.
  6. You got me thinking now mate 2015/16 is my educated guess, I could be wrong though

  8. It will of been about 2008/09 when you got those, ffs where does the time go.
  9. CP That battery has lasted you a while lol
  10. Last post about bikes I dont want to hijack chartpoliskis topic. The four strokes over heat more threw the bogs and dig in because of the torque, the two strokes are less prone to over heating they need a radiator fan fitted to keep them cool and stop them boiling over. The TBI can have the oil pump removed and deleted in the ecu to use premix but they come new with the oil pump injection system working.
  11. The TPI are great bikes the new TBI are even better.
  12. TBI 300 I have had a 450 four banger, the two strokes are much better for the forests and bogs. On 450 four stroke in this vid
  13. There are running dogs for every speciality brilliant at their specialty's already in the UK. I would see little point importing any running dog into the UK
  14. Yes very frustrating, human stupidity still has the ability to amaze me nearly every day !!!!!!!!
  15. You seem to be getting more emotional with your views as your getting on, decent topic this with different views and no stupid talk.
  16. @WILF the courts carnt keep giving them warnings without taking action can they? regardless of the politics of the situation.
  17. To those who think its a harsh sentence. What would be an acceptable punishment for them? a fine, suspended sentence, shorter sentence, community service. My opinion is a suspended sentence as a warning then doing sentence if they continue. Length of sentence that I would need to know all the facts before nailing my colours to the flag.
  18. The punishment should always fit the crime sadly it quite often doesn't in our legal system.
  19. Hunting with dogs and licensing WWW.NATURE.SCOT The Hunting with Dogs (Scotland) Act 2023, repeals the Protection of Wild Mammals (Scotland) Act 2002. The Act covers the offences and exceptions where a...
  20. To answer shaaark question a bit better. The saluki coursing bred dogs on bigger game typical behaviour is: Don't connect and keep hold because they dislike any rough and tumble which is inevitable with bucks, its like " I'm a diva no way I'm touching that I may break a nail or get dirty " even with bucks that make a mistake they are not willing to get in and try and keep them down. Starting off quite up for it but soon realise it can get very rough and throw the towel in and refuse to run, a quite common trait is they turn into pushers and pretend to be doing the job but have n
