  2. Thank you hopefully it comes with experience I think the route I'm gonna go down and let her make her own mistakes and try giving her a go with another more experience dog

Hi lads just wondering if anyone's got a bit of advice for me got a bitch here she's around 15-16 months old and is very soft mouthed what I mean by that is when she get the bunny in her mouth it can riffle away sometimes is there anything I can do to sort this or will it come with age ? All the help would be appreciated lads cheers

Thank you very much I've not had a chance to run on real small sort of paddock small tight fields yet with cover and too many obstacles but wanna try him this season to see if he's got what it takes on the smaller land he's got the gears and at the minute it seem like he knows when to sit behind and apply pressure when it's needed and others Times he can apply pressure from the start hso time will tell he's done it in the Norfolk and Suffolk where some of the fields aren't massive and plent of cover so I've got high for him this year
  8. I think all the Old lurchers breeds had that trait very trainable and she's not doing so bad then sounds like she's doing all you could ask of her at the minute mate

Same here mate my last lurcher I had for 9 years died 4 years ago and I've only got back into them this couple of years I was sickened by it but my red Bitch that my friend had he couldn't get her out any more because work so I took over and my dog was from my brother in law who's wife had her first kid same story with him i love see what the lads have got and what puppies are just starting out and what dogs are being and retired and some of the older dogs that ain't running no more wish you all the best for the season a head lads

  15. Yeah definitely when there is so much in the make up of the dogs with different breeding I think the pups can all throw back to each different one dogs on this thread are a credit to the lads that own them fair play boys
  16. Some little are like that you would never say some of the pups are litter brother and sister
  17. Would like a pup in them sort of lines my self real old fashioned hard working pot filling sort of pups struggle to find lines like that now do you know of any pups poxon?
