    If you rang hancock he will tell you what size, weight pups each dog throws- dont think he will tell you about what they're like to work though.lol. My red merle bitch was sired by a hancock dog(not sure which), she 3/4 grey x 1/4 border collie- she first class day and night when she was younger. i have rang him earlier on.just wanted to see some of the working ones on here out of this stud.

    exactly the same as you sniper. wheaten terrier need a time machine and if I could get one go back and work a real Irish wolfhound before the nealry died out and were at their prime work them at wolves and elk and red deer. would be magic. spot on mate

    if you could have one dog to train and work? what dog would it be? i dont mean best dog you've ver had but a dog that you would like to train? regardless of youre location or whatever. ill start it off i would personally like to train and work a proper working bred wheaten terrier Sniper

    lurchers dont need steds to catch gear. but i wouldnt surprise if people do it. some track greys maybe be "geared up" before a race you never know. sniper

    well i would rather have a pup from single handed dogs But at a maximum two either for a pest fox, killing farmers game or bringing on a young dog...........but to a call a dog a fox dog it would have to do it single handed no matter what the situation.........but i would go for a pup out of two guaranteed single handed dogs no matter what the quarry you intend to hunt......fox.deer.hare. etc should make a good thread .......Sniper

    MY FIRST LURCHER WAS A COLLIEX GREY AND THE BEST DOG IVE EVER SEEN/OWNED........I THINK OOTY HAS A CATTLE X NEVER SEEN A SHEEPDOG CROSS .......WOULD BE INTERESTING
