Also back end of the season, ill be hopefully starting one of the pups i keep from my litter, So all in all should be a good season, worth remembering, Hopfully.......... The Halfx bitch, The Beddy/Grey And a Pick of the pups, its a toss up at the moment, which one to keep, may keep both
  6. In my Opinion, if you have a nice fit and steady lurcher, thats ready to run with no serious injury having previous, in my experience a lurcher peaks at the age of 4....... I believe this is because a working lurcher should no its game, take all quarry and put it soul into alls its game that it pursuits....unfortuanetly this doesnt occur as much as it should, due to the shit thats being bred in my opinion..
  7. Top Picks Rio.............

  12. Hi all i was just wondering what is the best lurcher you have owned mine was a toss up between a 3/4 Greyhound 1/4 Border Collie or a Halfx Collie/Grey bitch, both exceptional dogs, on all quarry that was put infront of them, im just dissapointed i dont have a pup off either off the 2 of them, i dont have picks of them when they were older and working but heres one of the 3/4 Grey 1/4 Border i had when he was a pup... The litter i have now of bull/grey x saluki/grey, These have the potential to be imo, the best dog ive ever owned..................heres hoping,

  16. What i have seen of this cross.they all seem to make good allrounders, providing they are bred right, why dont you read through, Running Dog Addiction theirs a few in their, that are rated very highly, i expect the pup i keep to take all quarry, of course some times it doesnt work out,but if the breedings right and the trainers good theirs a high chance of the dog working out they way you want it to.
  17. I have a litter of this cross..heres a few picks, of the pups The one i think im keeping, And a few of the others.. Just under 3 weeks in the picks..

  20. For lamping you want to get a Collie/Grey, Jacko..Maybe try hancock..theirs a few lads on here with Collie/Grey's a few from Hancock..but at the end of the day its the type of dog you prefer,i agree with Mars, get a pup and bring it on mate. ATB ...
  21. TOMO I'm more than impressed with all these videos you're making of you're dogs latly, Best ferreting dog, surely a colliex, i would imagine something like a 1/2 Grey 1/4 Saluki 1/4 Collie x Halfx Collie Greyhound, i reckon would make a good ferreting dog,and much much more!
