  7. Just like to say thanks for the database on here and putting me in touch with a top chap (cheers Stuart) - got the loan of his vac' hob for a few days - put him in the run next to my jill after getting him last night just so they could sniff each other out - went in to put them together this morning to find hes ripped the galv fence wire through and made himself at home with her - two heads poking and yawning out of the box this morning - suffice to say looking at her job done already - first time ive seen hob /jill ferts together they were fair content and lovey-dovey this afternoon but big

  14. i used to have the standard length hw100 in mkII guise and can honestly say its probably the best air rifle ive ever owned - heavy(ish) yes - but well balanced with it (im only 5'4" and coped ok) - went for the t/hole stock as im left handed but also despite its plank like appearance is a very practical stock to use in different shooting positions. the magazine and cocking system are still the best going methinks - no double pellet loading etc - as for capacity - if tuned the standard length will do 9x14 shot mags before hitting the 90bar redline in .177 calibre. Personally wish id never sold
  15. shot all variants of the '100 and owned the 100 thumbhole mk2 in .177 - even for a shordass like me it was one of the best rifles i have ever owned and virtually flawless in every way - i never did get on with the sporter stock but im a left hander (they dont do a lh sporter but i can get on with some right handers - to give a comparison). to be honest weight was never an issue as it is balanced so well. as for power adjustment - mk1's and 2's occasionally suffered either way with power (if youre talking about 12 ft lbs that is - mine was nearer 13 with my chosen pellet) - adjustment is ea
