  1. He wants stripping naked, smothering in chappie and letting loose in RSPCA. The ba***rd, mental health my ass, he knew what he was doing. Bring back capital punishment, life for life for outright evil.
  2. My mate had 1 took a few years back and that was broken when he got it back nearly 2 years later.
  3. They said they had seen me looking in fields with it, I've got a solicitor involved now just to get my lamp back as it was a fathers day gift off my kids.
  4. Out lamping and bumped into the rozzers, I've had a bit of a past with them and 1 remembered me and decided I was up to no good and took my lamp and battery off me, we wasn't even on land, we was on the road.
  5. I've just had my lamp and battery took off me by the police, we all can guess what for, just wondering if anybody out there had a light force striker for sale with battery if pos please, cash waiting for one if anybody has one they would part with, I do have transport. Thanks for reading and happy hunting. Off to bed now but I will be back on in the morning.
  6. I've heard of line breeding but isn't brother on sister a bit to close? I thought u needed 2 separate genes to avoid deformities, with brother on sister there would be a full gene missing and I've seen the offspring from this in the past with over and under shot jaws. Isn't line breeding to be done from the uncle or aunt??? Or have I totally misread your post? Or not have it right myself. Atb. Lance. no never brother an sister breeding way to close! Yep I misread your post, lol. Happy hunting.
  7. That's a nice strong thing, first I've seen to be honest, similar to my first cross wheaten greyhound dog.
  8. how you found the wheaton greyhound on the whole mate? and whats the stamina like in the dog? how you found the wheaton greyhound on the whole mate? and whats the stamina like in the dog? how you found the wheaton greyhound on the whole mate? and whats the stamina like in the dog? He's still only 10 months old but he is very game and relentless, took a bit longer than the average lurcher to teach basic commands, sit, stay, e.t.c but its all paying off now as he follows me everywhere and totally trusts me and his obedience is getting better each time were out, can't complain really, very simi
  9. This link won't load up pal Sent u a pm mate.
  10. Does he have a quarter bred bitch do u know?? I wanted to put my half cross to 1 and get a 5\8, 3\8 myself.

  13. P.S that's NOT the dog on my profile pic.
  14. Does anybody own a quarter bred wheaten greyhound bitch that maybe would consider the possibility of mating her in the future to my genuine first cross wheaten greyhound dog??? I know its a long shot and I am aware of the roads we may have to go down to ensure the dogs aren't related amongst other things. As I say I know its a long shot but I'm just putting the feelers out there.
  15. very true mine tried to shag the first rabbit he caught he got tad over excited and not much has changed Thanks terryd, its all about the training if u want a good dog in my opinion.
  16. Pmsl. I thought the mods would of stepped in by now. Maybe they have as I haven't seen him on recently. Fingers crossed, that's the reason many good dog men with years of knowledge and sound advice are no longer on this site and that in my opinion is a great shame, especially for any youngsters on this site.
  17. Thanks Bob, me to. Been out the game for about 10 years and this is my first 1 back, I'm enjoying it again now. Happy hunting.
  18. Many thanks and hopeso. Happy hunting mate.
  19. And how is rippem still on this site??? Has anyone reported him??? You do get youngsters on this site don't ya???
  20. you ruined that post with that last bit I agree with everything that u have said and there is also some sound advice. I do know my bitch and I also know about breeding as I've had 5 or 6 litters myself and I've been around dogs and horses all my life. The the topic of this thread is maybe worded wrongly, I was kind of questioning my knowledge as my 6 year old lurcher bitch has not let my lurcher dog anywhere near her in all of her season. I know they generally bleed for 10 days to a fortnight and the bitch is most receptive for the next few days after that. My bitch hasn't bled for nearly 3 we
  21. Went out last night with my 8 month old first cross wheaten greyhound pup, wasn't a good night for it at all. Light as day along with no wind whatsoever. About an hour into our trip and we finally came across a rabbit suitable for a slip, I walked him down to it til he saw it and then slipped him, this was his very 1st slip on anything. He went down the beam to it well and put a bend into the rabbit and kept it in the field, he then got close enough to strike and and did so but he went head over tail. He got straight back to his feet, the rabbit was still in the beam, he pulled straight to it
