Old Bill Bruce's bitch Fly out of the Lou on the other thread. I spoke to old bill son John and he said the week before she died this bitch run and caught 5 on the Monday 5 on the Wednesday and 5 on the Sunday , so 15 hares in one week !

I never see her run either but a few men that did that I've spoke to said she used to run on the side of a hare, a very crafty bitch My uncle had her for one season of LL and he said he slipped one hare and the hare run one way and the dog another . He said the bitch run around the edge of the field and squated by the gate, when the hare that she was slipped on went to go through the gate she just picked it up , he said she you couldn't call it a course lol.
