i am fifteen, i know that i cant buy a fire arms or ammunition but when i apply for my firearms licence (if i get accepted) with the land owners permission can i shoot my 22lr on their by myself.

also when buying the firearm or ammunition does the guardian or parent have to have a fac

Best advice I could give you is to ring your local firearms officer and have a chat with him.

Legally I believe you can be granted a certificate and given a firearm and ammunition. There's no minimum age for unsupervised use of the firearm and will depend on the conditions of your cert again.

Not sure about your second question. I'd assume the person giving you the firearm will need to be a cert holder.

No matter what the law says ultimately it will come down to your firearms officer and what he grants you. He may say you can only use it in the company of another named certificate holder for a set amount of time.
