Lidl fruir trees.

Was in the local lidls  yesterday and seen fruit trees for sale. 3 for 20 euro.

I bought 3 just to try out this year. Has anyone bought trees there and were they any good.

If they are good I will buy more before they are gone.

I bought some years ago they always look healthy etc but never really grow.... Must be cheap for a reason

ive have approx 20 set in the last 12yrs apple pear plum peach cookers and eaters,all are growing well and started to get plenty of fruit after the 4th yr.

and that pic was took after we filled a fruit bowl to take home with us mate, proper handy my kids pop in ther on way to school an just during summer hols for a bite to eat as it’s only up street, all I got I’m my garden tho is grass an few doc leafs???

Couldn't grow stink on a pig here. Rocky ground no shelter from the wind and rain. But I will give them a go. For 20 quid you can't go wrong.

I planted gooseberry and raspberry bushes in fish boxes on Friday. It's handy that way cause I can move them about depending on the weather.
