Well done mate , plus like your well informed answer , what's you first go to fox rifle . I must admit i've been using the .22lr with 42 grain subs more and more and calling them in.

They were all good. Then there are the muzzleloaders, now that is fun!

My farmer rears pheasant for rough shooting. He's asked me to shoot any foxes I see and have taken a couple with the Annie 22lr when they've put in an appearance. Now I've got me a 17 Hornet I'll be doing the job properly. Can't believe how accurate the thing is. Starting to look at callers and I do like the look of those mojo critter things.

I wasnt criticizing you i was asking an honest question .

However your reply is a defence of your action of shooting a fox ,which ends with " let he who without blame cast the first stone " so are you saying you have " sinned " another ancient proverb .

your first reply " shoot them " was fine, i pressume pictures of the cubs as the vixen would appear you may even get lucky and bag their aunt .

So what are you saying exactly? How would you have dealt with this farmers problems, given the fox a good telling off?
