They have both gone as gifts, a lot better than sticking a tenner in a birthday card. seany 54 Posted July 28, 2014 Author Report Share Posted July 28, 2014 All you do is drill a 8mm hole an inch and a half in the end, then measure 13mm from the end and make a saw cut on top until you just penetrate the inside hole, and make around a 45 degree angle cut. Then for the reed just fashion a dowel out of hazel or whatever you have in the shed into kind of a half cylinder, pop it in try it till it sounds right ,glue it in with some wood glue...... and bobs your uncle! 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
