Ferreting Clubs?

Recommended Posts

Hi there, I live in the Birmingham area & have a small amount of permission to rabbit & rat on, my problem is i'm trying to find a ferreting club fairly local to me, i know i live in a city area but ther must be a club within a short drive of my location. Surely i can't be the only bloke in Birmingham who uses ferts to hunt coney! Can anybody Help or suggest anything?????

I doubt you'll find a "ferreting club" other than something online, as suggested, maybe form your own syndicate, or just use the forum to meet ferreters in your area, that can become friends who ferret together

Good point! yep, i do know of a few people with ferrets but they are kept as pets only ( nothing wrong with that, 2 of my older rescue fuzzys are my mrs's pets ) most of my mates are just into thier shooting, fishing etc, tried ,but can't convert them to try a bit of ferreting, never mind i think next time i have some free time from work i'll drive over telford way & take a look.
