digger63 3
The gameing act is the controll of gambling for money, lol The coppers are pulling you under the "game act" which covers poaching and game laws,if youre only after rabbits and have got written permission you dont have any worries imo, Failing that get on the sun bed and wrap a towel round your head, the cops will just think youre a couple of pakki smack dealers going about your business and wont dare pull you. Gaming Act, sure thats summat to do with fruit machines etc, should be doing you for tresspass, hunting act offences etc, not that you are tresspassing if you have permission, thet are knobheads, you should get the farmer to give you written permission to show them, regarding checking the dogs mouths/faces they will be looking for marks/wounnds more commonly associated with earth dogs, if the dog bites the cop, im not sure about that, probaly d you for it the tw@ts, HTH Richard

SportingShooter 0
They don't need any justification to pull you over, they can do just to check your documents if they want! I think its most likely the Game Act rather than the Gaming Act unless you are wanted for not handing over a lost bet Not sure about them checking the dogs and if they bite them Just had a read of the Game Act, nothing here regarding it

SportingShooter 0
do you think i should refuse to show them my dogs when i'm in the motor? Personally, I'd let them see them seen as they may well delay you longer and end up taking you in for not helping them etc. If they get bitten, then its their own fault really, should be able to see if there are any marks on the dogs visually anyway
