rebeding a floatng

to rebed my floating barrell is it something i can or does the shop need to do it i can reset it but after 20/30 rounds its moved out again .any ideas ,noel

There are various bedding compounds on the market,last company that I can remember selling them was the Sportsmans Gun in Devon,if you feel confident enough to try and rebed your barrel,there are also the custom rifle builders,who will charge you a lot of money to pillar bed the barrel the last time I had one done was around 15 months ago,this was done by Border Barrels,and they charged me 300.00.

You may think this was a lot of money,but it is a specialist rifle,so if anything went wrong with the bedding job I could always take it back to them and complain.
