snoopdog 1,256 Posted April 13, 2009 Report Share Posted April 13, 2009 may be a silly question,,,,,but i was wondering does whiskey carry on maturing in the bottle ....or is it just when its in the keg.....e.g if i had a 12 year old malt in the bottle but had it for 10 years .....would it get btter with age in the bottle.... snoopdog 1,256 Posted April 13, 2009 Author Report Share Posted April 13, 2009 now thats a fooker...i got some of my old grandfather who died last year i got some 18 year olds 10 year olds ..speical reserves ...12 year olds.....and hes had them for quiet a few years.......in fact hes had some of them for over ten years so some of them will be around thirty years old......i may as well drink and enjoy them then..... some are worth 70 notes or so it say on the net.....but i thought they may be worth more because he had them for a few years .....oh well .....bottoms.up//// Quote Link to post Share on other sites
