Big bald beautiful 1,231 Posted March 30, 2009 Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 plummers are not worth the silly money there fetching more and more are seeing less and less work. for example a PTA kennels top stud dog has had more homes then liz taylor. i saw it out working and it should have been pts not passed along to be bred from and pups sold out of it because it has won a show or two. Toka 10 Posted March 30, 2009 Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 hi, has anyone bought a plummer terrier off wyremeadplummerterriers.com or the plummerterrier-association.co.uk, if so, are they good workers and what are they like ?? thanks Got myself one of Wyremeads pups, Bilbo now 5 months old, spoke to Glenn, full of advice and help as were all on the epts forum and the workingplummerterrier forum... i wanted a bushing dog, rats, rabbits mainly and so far he seems to be coming along fine, using his nose like mad... by all means give Glenn a call, advertises through Countrymans Weekly mag. if you can find details for any of the other groups all will give good advice, i can only speak for glenn as i have met and spoken to him, the pta and ptcgb i have contacted and spoken to by forum but not in person. get in touch with as many as possible and make your own mind up, people will always help you to find a pup... keep it working....
