out tonite

just been out for an hour to put my new lamp to the test, got a blazerlite lamp and it worked a treat! sasha had three slips with three catches, my only concern with sasha is she will not retreive, she catches runs round a bit and then drops her catch and stands over it, this is only her fourth trip on the lamp and is only 14 months old so im hoping this will get better, any advice on this matter would be helpfull. overall im well pleased with her!

she will retreive every thing else but the rabbits! im not sure she ever will and like you said its not the end of the world, she is the business in every other way, she lives in doors and is part of the family and is gentle and calm but in the field she has the speed and stamina that does the job so i really cant ask for much more and she is still only just starting.

was it you that got sold a pup a year or so ago that was meant to be a lurcher but was only about 12 tts? if so did it ever grow?

Nice dog mate shes doing well by the looks of it may be the retrieving will come in time springs and summer get out there and keep at it with her on the retrieving itll come in time

my dogs the same..everything retrieved but a rabbit..retrieving training only this summer..he does catch a lot of rabbits though
