Billy c 0
what i would do mate is bolt some rabbits go to a nice big field and let them go for him because if its for the big rabbits day time. lamping some times make's them stop at hedge rows but that is just my opinion every one to thier own Quote Link to post

ferret_uk 4
If it hasent done anything at all yet pal i would concentrate more on the retrieving part just daft toys in the house then get him out with a lure and once he is retrieving how u want him to then start with the odd dropped rabbit. I wouldnt put the dog straight into lamping but thats my opinion mate everyone is different Quote Link to post

wexford Pa 84
Yea ur dog should be retrieving by now, but if u havin mastered that yet id be concentrating on that and in turn u'll be gettin him fit aswell.. Then id give him a dropper in an open field but make sure he's the only dog u have wit u as some dogs are reluctant to bring back a kill to other dogs.. But the best thing u can do is, once u got him goin, keep him goin.. Work him lightly on an often basis and keep him interested.. Best of luck.. Quote Link to post
