Ferreting Mad 0
If I vascetomise my hob will he ever be able to produce kits as I've read on the internet that the first year you're guranteed he won't be able to produce but after that year you run the risk of the cells rejoining and then being able to produce kits. Kay 3,709
I think the vast majority of people dont leave them long enough before using them , personally i would get one done in the late summer so it gives the animal plenty of time to fire blanks the following year Quote Link to post
The one 8,598
Once there done if done properly they can never produce kitts mate Quote Link to post
SwissTony 0
Get the vet to remove a big section of tubing from the testes, less chance of them rejoining. Quote Link to post
Guest ferret feller
think my step dad has a vasectomie  my hobs got it too Quote Link to post
The one 8,598
Get the vet to remove a big section of tubing from the testes, less chance of them rejoining. Then they ask if you want it sent away for testing to see they have taken the right bit off for another £40 Quote Link to post
