ginga john 268 Posted March 8, 2009 Report Share Posted March 8, 2009 Go the wireless router route, your already paying for the service so why pay £15 plus per month, you can get a wireless router for about £30 and that will include wireless dongle (not a pay as you go) to connect the laptop if it doesn't have wifi built in. if you talk to your ISP they will even give you the wireless router if you renew your contract. 12 months at £15 plus or £30 to £35 quid one off, its simple Quote Link to post Share on other sites

ade33uk 86 Posted March 8, 2009 Report Share Posted March 8, 2009 I would definately go the router route wether wired or wireless ,who is your service provider if its someone like virgin tell them your after wireless router and another provider has offered you a better deal , they may offer you a free router just for staying with them . nearly always works for me . I am with talktalk basically its AOL , i havent had a problem & at the min i am getting free broard band my monthly bill for that , phone calls & line rental is an average 30 quid so i will check with them first how much extra its going to cost for wireless Quote Link to post Share on other sites
