Getting started into the 17 HMR and would like some help plz

i am getting a 16 inch HMR and would like to get some help on

SCOPES and bipods and stuff

with hmr you will be shooting 100 yards ish so DONT get sucked into expensive optics.....mtc do a great range of scopes,im using a viper on my hmr but i wouldnt go for that one again,the mtc mamba use the same glass but non of the extra's that you wont need.....harris bi-pod because they will last longer than your rifle,decide how you are going to shoot ei..laying down flat or kneeling etc that will tell you what pod to go for..cheepy sak mods are good for £30 ish...if you are going for a cz 452 get a brookes trigger kit they transform the rifle.ten shot mags are handy aswell.......

I'd go along with most of that...but

I'm not happy with 10 shot mags, they dig into my back every time I sling the gun over my shoulder...personal thing......Help me out...where have you found a 10 shot mag for apparently a CZ HMR??

10 shot mags are not and never have been available for .17hmr. Edgar Brothers, the CZ importers say that "they may be available at a later date". They also said that 12 months ago, so don't hold your breath!
