A days ferreting

Does anyone fancy a day out ferreting on my permission? There are a few rules though :D

 

1. Must have insurance

 

2 Must have collars and locator.

 

3 No dogs (i'm sorry but i cant vouch for other peoples dogs even if you say they are fine)

 

4 No guns (ferrets only)

 

The location is bedfordshire. if anyone is interested drop me a message.

I dont understand were you are coming from,Is it because of a Health and safety issue or Landowners request

That is so the ferrets don't get lost. I will have partridge and pheasant poults in pens around the land later on in the year and don't want some feral ferret eating them.

not being funny to you mate,but how the f**k has ferreting turned into there (keepers/farmers)doing you a favour. your clearing pests for them at the end of the day,insurance for what? is your permission that desperate that youve gotta hang out of his arse for it? ive heard on here lately people paying for it,gotta be a joke surely?

dont have to justify anything pal dosnt have to turn into an argument,i just wanna know why ferreters have to bend over backwards to clear pests for someone thats gonna have to pay to get it done when its there problem in the first place?

Fair enough, i know i wouldnt pay for it thats for sure but i've never been asked to either. i didnt realise people were charging for it :blink:

people set benchmarks for the rest of us,insurance n the like,well all be required to carry it,one person pays for it,weve all gotta start paying for it, im not trying to start an argument but if this sort of boloxs carrys on with knowone saying f**k all then the standards been set. at the end of the day were doing them the favour.
