Guest rexdigger
why the need for insurance if no guns are to be used as i dont think the ferrets are gonna do much damage :icon_redface: Quote Link to post

akton 15
Doddsy Yep I thought so,most landowners now want you Insured to get onto their land, incase you make a claim. I have come across this before, Why do you need collars and locators..... what type of ground is it Quote Link to post

I will have partridge and pheasant poults in pens around the land later on in the year and don't want some feral ferret eating them. Quote Link to post

Guest tewkesferreter
not being funny to you mate, but how the f**k has ferreting turned into there (keepers/farmers)doing you a favour. your clearing pests for them at the end of the day, insurance for what? is your permission that desperate that youve gotta hang out of his arse for it? ive heard on here lately people paying for it,gotta be a joke surely? Tyla 3,179
i might be wrong but the guy is making an offer, why does he have to justify it? if you want a days ferreting and can meet the conditions then go, if not then dont. Why does it have to be an arguement? Quote Link to post
Guest tewkesferreter
dont have to justify anything pal dosnt have to turn into an argument,i just wanna know why ferreters have to bend over backwards to clear pests for someone thats gonna have to pay to get it done when its there problem in the first place? Guest tewkesferreter
people set benchmarks for the rest of us,insurance n the like, well all be required to carry it,one person pays for it,weve all gotta start paying for it, im not trying to start an argument but if this sort of boloxs carrys on with knowone saying f**k all then the standards been set. at the end of the day were doing them the favour.
