bow hunting.

well i was woken by this dove out side my window, it was pissing me off so i grabed my bow, the one that work me up got away buy it's mate didnt it was at the back fence on the ground so was a safe shot, and i got it :) cooper broughtit back to me too :)

this has a draw weight of 15lb, i brought it when i was realy into it and thy was 4 years ago, good for you but not any more, if i stalked the roo to about 15 meters it would kill aslong as i get a goo heart shot, but i dont reconmend it lolo, i was thinking bout buying a 45;b bow but i m saving up for my rig so yeah .

they have 80lb draw weight ones in the u.s, they tackle big deer over there with. theres sumthin on youtube on huntin pheasents wich are flying in the air about 15 feet off the ground, bloody waste of arrows if you ask me since they miss 80% of the time! and when they do get one its so funny, "ooh yer, im the man#aaaannnn! youda man homeyo!" look on the vids sectino its somewhere on there

15 lbs, my lad can draw that on a recurve.

who the hell would hunt with that power.

i used to shoot 5olbs with a black dougles recurve and i wouldnt hunt even if allowed

 

BBB at 50lb it would be adequate for small game and critters up to , say, goat size as long as the distance wasnt too far. Personally, like you say, i would always plumb for a heavier draw weight. I was very smooth with mine set at about 68lb. The target being a rabbit sized cut-out and i would hit it every time at 30 yards. That was with a compound and low let off..

no fun in compound but as you say much better for hunting.

i used to be in a field archery club and went all over competing every sunday.

i made my own arrows and shot in the hunter class.

wooden arrows, recurve bow and no sighting aids.

 

brilliant hitting a kill zone on a lifesized bear at 70 yrds, threading the arrow through trees or across water.
