toall you pest controllers out there, was looking into pest control courses or rather i aim to ,but i do know it,s an exspensive thing.i ,ve been thinking of turning my love of working me dog,s ferrets etc into a job.could any of you lads

give me any idea of costs for these course,s ,what courses i,d need to do etc andalso is there an way i culd get financial help to do said courses? no wise cracks eh lads all help and advice greatfully received..all the best..darrell.

I always give the same piece of advice; go and work for a big company, and they will train you, pay for your qualifications, and most importantly, give you experience.

I just got my course funded through a welsh assembly government initiative called want to work, i think there is an equivelent english initiative but you will find out through the job centre. They paid my course fees and my travel to and from the course and then they help with start up costs

i,ve been in constrution all me life plus cavity wall loft insulation game few years too...pest control something been wanting to get into for while now.having been laid off work since august and nothing on the horizon i thought about the pest industry.thanks again everyone atb.darrell.
