Deker 3,478
Help please, just bought a 700SPS Stainless in .308, time was getting on in the store and all I have is the basic gun, so I need to sort out all the bits asap. Question I have is, what bases and rings do you use or favour, this is a new departure for me, my other centrefires are Tikkas so not used to these funny screw in things that sit on top of the Remington! Thanks for your help! Quote Link to post

Mr_Logic 5
Leupold standard bases and rings, work well. If you fancy Weaver mounts i have a set of Remington 700 weaver bases gathering dust But the Leupold stuff works for me - torx heads on them, well made, not had any strife at all. Quote Link to post
jamie g 17
burris rings would be nice on it and dont mark the scope because of the plastic inserts Quote Link to post
