Just for the benefit of those who have made queries re my heat against H&B.

 

Travis never really entered the competition; he was away at the time of payment, so his good friend wetsmelldog paid his fee for him.

 

So in order not to complicate things H&B name was just left on the draw sheet. Maybe I should have changed the name, but I did,ent.

 

Wetdogsmell ran against reynardhunter in the first rounds, wetdogsmell went through because RH bitch smashed her back leg on her first slip.

 

So I had beaten Richie in my first heat, I was then up against wetsmelldog, which we ran last Sunday night, I won four nil.

 

I really hope this clears things up and that we can get on with the comp.

 

The first years comp was a learning curve for us all, and I hope we can learn from the experience and make next years a better and more efficient one.

 

 

I am sure Travis and Karl can endorse the above.

boys and girls its meant to be a bit of crack, hang&bang pulled out for personal reasons so i stood in with my bullx bitch(thats unfit as fook) with 10 hours notice, she caught nout, but had a great nites lamping and a great laugh. its not for alot of money so take a chill pill!!!!!

I for one will be donating any prize money that I may win towards the fund for the wee girl who is suffering at the moment with Leukemia.

 

And we think we have problems.

ive read on another site latelly mb said that if he wins the hl comp the winnings go to this little girl,she needs it more then him and wished her a full recovery,i think he also through down a challange for money to help the girl get her wish to see the 7 dwarfs and all the rest,

after reading this post i have to say

this comp is just ment to be for a laugh

nothing else.

hang and bang was given as much time as possible

to run in the comp but it just was not to be this year.

next year will be glad to see him run.

from the start a few lads have pulled out

which cant be helped.

some lads have got buys into next round and

irish lurcher was offered his on sunday but

he did not take and went against wetdogs

which he could of lost.

i was even asked three times to enter fill in at different stages but

my young dog is thats running well is still only

young and i did not want to take the chance and over run him.

irish lurcher has stated from the start that this comp for him was not

for the money or for the winning it was just for a good laugh and

to meet some like minded people.

and he has done his best to keep the travelling down and to make

it easier on everyone which he has i think.

this is the first year of the comp lets try to keep this friendly

as at the end of the day its only rabbits and 30euro a head.
