davyt63 1,840 Posted April 9, 2009 Report Share Posted April 9, 2009 hi every one as winner of the last comp i would like to donate this hunting tool its in a leather sleeve and inside the handle is a needle and thread and safety pin,fishing line & float,matches & strike, a sharpening stone in the sleeve,and in the cap a compass. Haven't used this since i bought it for my son,its a bit like Rambo's knife lol, the blade is stainless steel & 5 1/2 inches long overall its 9 3/4 inches long. it has a serrated edge for sawing wood also ,not to sure about the law regarding sending through the post so any comment appreciated. please let me know if you think this is a suitable prise,or i have some DVDs i bought at the AAOC HFT week end and i may be able to copy them,any tips on how is appreciated. i have watched [ 24 HOUR RABBIT RAID } shooter Fred carter & { HUNTERS SECERETS } by john darling i have 10 in all but haven't watched them all , and these two are good . so let me know what ya lot tink ok regards davy sorry i mean BUMP!! this one Quote Link to post

It will be commencing monday 26th october 2009 at 06:00 and finishing 1st january 2010 at 00:01. Let us know if you are interested in chalenging davy for the title. Rules are as follows: This is an Air gun competitition only, Be honest , Don’t post old photos, There are no teams, this is a one man/woman competition. You are however allowed a driver. Only shoot legal quarry/pests. When posting in your score for the day follow this template. For example you kill four crows. You post the photo with your air gun and the quarry and a sheet of paper with the date written on it must be clearly seen in the photo. Post your points for the day on one line and your total on the next line Eg 4 Today 4 Total Prey point(s) Corvids, pigeon, rat , squirrel 1 rabbit 2 Magpie 3 stoat, mink, weasil, hare 5 Game birds 5 (when season opens) There will be no difference in points rewarded for wild or urban kills. There will be no extra points for using spring guns. Shoot to kill and above all ENJOY YOURSELVES. This should be a good bit of crack, May the best man win . bedrock 16 Posted October 22, 2009 Report Share Posted October 22, 2009 How about this? 1. Rat, Feral pigeon 2. crow, rook, Jackdaw, 3. Rabbit, Squirrel, Wood pigeon 4. Magpie, Jay, 10. Stoat Weasel, Mink regional pest species like the hooded crow will not be in the cometition because this will put certain people at an obvious disadvantage. Humane dispatches like shooting a rat in a cage trap will not be excepted Game birds are not recommended airgun quarry and often belong to someone so they will not be included.
