Nice bit of sport, does the whippetx grey do alot of fox control.?

 

do you run whippet/ greyhounds too?

 

 

No got a 1x collie grey, he is 15 months old, 24ins 60lb. He is ok , still a young dog yet. Ive seen

a few whippetx greys run, and they make good catch dogs. ;)

yea hes a good catch dog when we work the bullxs we run him too he puts the turns in on the bigger stuff, is your dog hancock gear?

No , he is bred by a mate, 26 in greyhound 60lb bitch to 22in working collie thats works cattle+sheep. He as fare pace for a 1x, good coat+feet, and stamina should be good as he gets older.

Had few rabbits on the lamp, try him on bigger stuff next season, with a bit of luck he should be ok.??

thats the right thing to do i never let the whippet x on a fox on his own till he was around 20 months and he hasnt looked back since, your dog sounds like he has good stuff in him, cant beat a good collie x

hope the dog does you proud, whats it like up your way for lamping rabbits? not many round me fox land mainly
