Got the breakfast into me and headed just after 8.15am. First burrow i checked there was an occupant and i decided to try my two year old lakeland bitch Milly. Here are the photos of the dig, the spot where i opened it up was dug years and years ago and old bottles where in the digging. Bit strange but some old timer must have been fond of the guinness. Broke through just about at 3 foot and let the quarry run for another day Quote Link to post

It had been dug before in the exact spot i opened it so it when whoever it was who filled it in must have through bottles into it. Thanks for the reply Quote Link to post
