Hello everyone, just joined the forum and this is my first post so please be gentle as im not sure on the eticate just yet. i live in the leicester area and just re-started my hunting life style. forgoten how expensive things can get when you need to start again. Managed to pick up a HW100 .22 T/H for a very good price £300 with scope and tuff case. Ive got myself a couple of ferrets and some cheap nets (the standard green nylon ones) i used to use a much thicker net when i was younger, more like really thick sewing wool. (not hemp) These things were great and never got into tangles and unlike hemp no need to dry them out all the time. does anyone else use these or can anyone enlighten me as to what material i may have been using as i wish to start making my own nets.
