woz 260
depends what and how you are going to use the lamp..........the cluson is good for smaller fields and the gate light is a good extra, build quality is also very good, the 7amp battery is adaquite......the lightforce beam is brilliant and makes the cluson look like a candle, the wiring and switch is nothing short of sh*te,and mine is greedy on power,i can use two 17amp batteries in a good nights lamping..i wouldnt be without either the 170 or a cluson..i guess if i had to have just one it would reluctantly be the cluson because we use it to check the horse's and as a general torch as well as a hunting tool..i have fitted a deban dimmer to mine which is very very handy for scanning and calling fox's in...................................... Guest JohnGalway
are they that prone to break are they my question was simople i put a question on a while ago and every one said light force was just asking if it was worth swapping or stick with what i had Normally yes, if you don't replace the wiring and connections. It's an easy thing to do though, you don't need to be a sparky or anything. I have four Lightforce lamps because of the quality of their beam. Can't say about Clulite, but if I was looking for a lamp I'd only be looking for LF. Quote Link to post
