Gan on my bonny lass

Had a quick look out early on this morning,couldnt resist it

 

It was one of them nights/mornings, you know the kind? You do man. when the winds up and rustling the trees,you know the kind im on about?

 

Well we set off with a skip in our steps and a light heart,dugs on a double slip on my left hand,lamp in my right,35 litre sack on my back containing 2 10ah batteries.

 

The sky was a bit too clear and the moon was a bit bright,but hey, i had hope in my heart

 

Got to the first field,flicks the lamp on and bingo!!! 3 foxes having what loooked like a bit craic on All 3 of them standing facing each other like 3 old gadgeys having a talk about the old days

No good on that field then,all the rabbits were indoors.

 

Next field,nowt. And i got to explain here,theres not many rabbits where i live anyway,not locally.

 

Next field theres a few sitting out. So i position myself between them and their burrows,on with the lamp and walk the young dog up to one. About 20 yards off it and he spots it sitting there. Off the slip,quick chase and he nabs it

Gave him a bit congratulation,as you do,lol.

 

Next slip was for the older bitch and she done ok as well

 

Hung them up to pick up on the way back home

saw this little fella on the way home,dugs were too tired to course him though
