lgray88 4 Posted November 19, 2008 Report Share Posted November 19, 2008 never used one but it looks like you have to bore two holes in the butt of your rifle so those bolts go through then you can adjust the height of the cheek piece , i personally dont want any holes in my gun. but each to there own liam Quote Link to post

Yeah SS, am chin welding instead of cheek welding lol. I'll look it up, but I had a beartooth (?) comb riser before and wasn't all that happy. Prefer to get the stock cut and a pillar of some type stuck in but with the thumbhole that could be a challenge... Quote Link to post

Now provarmint, how do you find it worked out for you, is it comfortable? did it do the job required, the only reason i'm asking is i've got an A5 from mc millian ordered, with the saddle checkpiece.......
