I like that kit jackard. Homemade and elegant.

Question, is the bulb covered by glass or something or is it open...and if it is covered is there some sort of clip system for the glass or a ring you screw on?

cheers

L

covered with glass mate , its sealed,(glass is easyly changed if smashed ) when you need to change the bulb the handle comes off after removing some screws and the bulb just comes out to change . the switch on the lamp is a micro presure switch so its instant on and off not like other switchs that seam to be delayed.(only on when you apply pressure). hope this helps and many thanks :D

but will it be 6 million candle power like the blitz

exactly the same no difference at all

the handles are all the same only the heads are different ;)

maybe the stikers with bitz heads ive seen had a lower watt bulb so appear dimmer. Maybe something to sdo with the blitz ive seen having dimmer switches ?just a thought but they deffo both did look less bright when compared to a shop bough blitz ...

my blitz has a 100w bulb but i heard you shouldn't put a 100w bulb in a 170?don't know why and can't remember where i read it now...although my mate has used a blitz handle and bulb on a striker a few times and it was ok.
