richie 1
its a sad thing to see anyone homeless, especially this time of year, but in someones garden, crapping everywhere, dumping rubbish, mattresses ect ect .... theres plenty of derelict homes about if needs are a must... artic 595
Human Rights im afraid. Article 3: Inhuman treatment No one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. England, Labour! Says it all really. But you/we have this: Article 8: Right to privacy (1) Everyone has the right for his private and family life, his home and his correspondence.
Guest little lurcher
i was of the opinion they should all sod off home til a few months ago a man started bringing scrap to my fathers scrap yard , then as time went on he started doing odd jobs whilst still living under the pier at the seaside town i live in , all ok so far aint it except why didnt he sod off home ? as time went on and i had him do odd jobs for me for a fiver, there is no one round here who would do a full days work for a meal and a fiver im sorry i havent enough money myself to pay anymore , he was happy with that ? then i started asking questions in broken languages, and somehow we managed , he then went on to tell his story, this certainly changed my views and had me in tears he is from a poor lithaniuan family, a tractor driver working for £60 a month back home , gang masters went round hios area and offered work in england at £300 a week , this man was not the sharpest tool in the box and he jumped at the chance to provide for his family , so his papers were handed over and he was brought to england , he then was forced to work a 60 hr week , for £20!!! of course on his wage slip it said much more then you took out the transport and accomadation costs etc , daily they are supplied with cheap strong cider instead of water , hence this therefore brings on a dependency the gang masters control, after 6 weeks the wages were dropped to £5 per week SAME HOURS!!! he was hungry and asked where could he eat he was told togo to the containers for food , he went off to find that the containers were infact the BINS!!!! FFS!!! he then had no money a dependency to cider no food or tobacco , told to eat from bins and collect fag butts from the floor!!! he got away along with a few others after been stabbed , had ribs broken and shot !, all in a country he just wanted to make money in to give his family a better life!!! so think on when you see someone laid in the street , they could well be there through their own doing but also could have a tale as sad as his i contacted the embassy , arranged new papers, made statements and finally as a thank you to him for the help he gave myself and my father, we paid his plane fare home and gave him £ and some gifts, to watch a man cry whilst repeating "thank you my sister " for a pack of £3 tesco t shirts and 4 pairs of new socks , is more than humbling for those of you who disagree with the help we provided , im sorry my actions havent broke through the ice in your heart for those of you whom do agree , please do the same if you ever have too

artic 595
Sorry dont fall for that story. Its a script that they use when they are here, so people feel sorry for them. Most are on the run for serious offences, and they know England is the place to be, to hide, get homed, etc...... Yes they are humans, and there are some honest hard working Polish living here, but the majority of them are not. I do not feel sorry for them, but i do have respect for any culture who lives here, gets their heads down and work and abide by the English law. You go over there and the Police will not think twice to baton you for farting!! Obviously here the society we live in is very PC and they know this and take the piss!! Sorry if i have offended anybody, but the truth sometimes hurts.

Sorry if i have offended anybody, but the truth sometimes hurts. im not saying every person has a story to tell like him , but i lived through part of this horror with him , i now class him as a friend and currently the embassy is compiling a huge file involving this man and his story and others brought over by same people , there will be a great news story explode at some point , there is much much more to this and i only touched the tip of the iceberg , i have to keep some details out due to the investigation , to clalify this man is not polish he is lithaunain

Guest little lurcher
It was his choice to come here. very true but all of us whom wouldnt fall for the golden egg are of average intelligence, this man as said was not of a very high iq and therefore here we would call him vunerable , there he was just a dimwit? fell for the oldest trick in the book ? he just wanted to provide a better life for his family , isnt that what we all strive to do daily??? please dont think im daft enough to think all persons coming here are wonderful kind innocent persons i know damn well they arent but in the case ive just dealt with it certainly wasnt the case , just for the record , even though he was entitled to benefits here he refused them said he had enough with what i gave him , that isnt a sponger
