I contacted DEBEN last week and asked about geting the 3 mk1 boxes serviced,i duly got a reply within minutes''thank you for e mailing our office,we will be in contact with you shortly''......HELLO IM STILL WAITING :icon_eek::censored: whats the story does anyone know?Are they not replying on issues of the mk1 or is it just a technichal error.

Yes, they send an automated message. Well I sent a mark 3 box back as it didn't pick up the signal correctly, they took it back and looked at it and sent it back telling me its fine. Well its fine if you like an intermittant signal and a reading of 2 feet at 10 feet and a reading when the box is aimed nowhere near the collar :thumbdown:
