i have'nt done much bike work yet with my youngun, just alot of serious walking and running. were i live the ground is very steep wich does help on fitness for both me and the dogs :tongue2:

i think a lot of regular walking does pay its tole.. come march he will be entered and proper fit. heres some pics of him:

ive tryed trotting them behind the van and road walking ,but a bike is the best thing to use works wonders i was taking mine every night for good few miles but now its working time so only take them on the bike every couple of days

I used to take the dogs out with the leashes in my left hand do about 4miles on the bike but the big dog had me off the bike when he spotted a cat. so i purchased a trixie biker set deluxe for about 20 quid . its brilliant because it

leaves your hands free .it bolts onto the bike frame with a bar and large spring so if the dog pulls, the spring takes all the pressure and you dont have to worry about landing on your ass, i would recommend them

i intended doing some with mine, but my push bike got stolen by some feckers!

but ive done it a few times with my bitch, and had a few near nasty falls when she spotted a cat and nearly dragged me off the bike!
