IanB 0
Would like to know members opinions who HAVE been using the new ferret finder mk3 this season and how they find it compares to its predecessor models... Are you glad you made the purchase? Just ordered myself one, I'll make time to have a ferreting session before the season is over and done with just so I can have a quick tester, next season it should get some proper use if its up to scratch... Guest RobW71
The MK3 is a spot on piece of kit, there's nothing wrong with mine. The serch and locate is so much easier. It is a bit noisey, but you get used to it, it's not on for that long anyway. People seem to condem the MK3 without getting used to it, or some even trying one. I've had at least 25 digs to the Terriers and a few with the Ferrets, and been spot on everytime. Regards Rob Quote Link to post
doddsy1970 9
I agree with rob ive used mine all season and would describe it as brilliant especially when working an area that has alot of brambles or other cover. It is very accurate but a bit noisy i have also found it dosent pick up anything other than the collars Quote Link to post

Regards Rob Think one of the reasons people are condeming them and sticking with the MK1 is because of what happend with the MK2 version. I can't comment on the MK3 as I haven't used it, but I used a MK2 and took that back and to behonest it has put me off trying the MK3. All The Best, PUG Quote Link to post
