Baikal Single .410

Just bought a single barrel baikal 3" .410 today.

 

Has anyone got one? how do you find them?

 

Its not the prettest thing I have seen lol but hopefully will last a while and do the job.

ive got one had it about three months now good on rats/rooks/magpies and rabbits close range.i use fiochi magnums 7 1/2 decent little gun ugly like you say but solid as a rock

my old man has one and your right its not the best looking gun but does the job. make perfect little ferreting gun

a handy little tool and well worth cabinet space, been thinking of adding a hushpower silencer to mine, just cant afford it at the moment

Had one for a couple of years,fitted Hushpower silencer to it and it earns its keep. A little long with silencer but handles OK, reliable & seems well built although not what you would call sophisticated. Plastic ring on barrel allows logun lamp to clip on.

does the silencer make much diffrence i own a Webley and Scott 4.10 and was thinking about getting a silencer after seeing this one.

 

are they expensive ?

Silencer cost me £55 but has to be bored on lathe to fit barrel. Difference on noise is impressive,very quiet with Lyavale 2.5" (so much so I never use subs) but louder with 3" Eley longs. Changes sight picture:you have to aim high but you soon get used to it.
