Guest hyperion Posted September 28, 2008 Report Share Posted September 28, 2008 im just wondering how much of the rib should you be able to see when the shotgun is in your shoulder? ive been shooting with my mates berreta and i cant see alot of the rib when im shooting, does this mean im missing the birds underneath or over the top? cheers hyperion Quote Link to post

dirty twister 31 Posted September 28, 2008 Report Share Posted September 28, 2008 best way to check for alignment is when you have gun mounted get a mate to look down barrel the top of rib should line up to middle of eye pattern plates are good to see if you are shooting high or low mate Quote Link to post

The idea being you get the butt higher and the barrel end goes down...and hopefully you will be able to see the whole rib and it will point where it should! Quote Link to post
