Healing muscle pulls etc.

Recommended Posts

With the success of the body building thread I thought here would be a good place for a bit of advice. I've done something to my neck, pulled a muscle or something. I did It last Thursday at the end of the session but haven't been up the gym since and It was fine, I had forgotten all about It till I was training again today. First few minutes on the machine and I could feel It again. Even sitting on here typing now I can feel It twinging. Is there anything I can do for this or just a case of rest and then try the gym again In a few days.

TIA,

Cracked a vertebrate, :o Sounds bad! I don't think It's anything serious, just a pull, sprain. I'll look into that magnet therapy Kay. Don't want to pay for physio or go to docs. If It was re-occurring then fair enough but It's only gone twice. I got some heat gel on It last night and put traxam or voltorol on usually and was wondering If there's anything better. I'll do abit on the lower weights for a session or 2 and see how It goes from there.
