Lennard 10
It's been asked before probably but I can't find...does anyone out there have any tips or good recepies for rabbits and hares on the barbecue? Is it necessary to marinade to get the meat tender or is it chewable with only roasting? L

My own recipe is to coat and marinade with honey and mustard or balsamic vinigar. Obviously a little salt and pepper. If cooked very hot, it can be eat without being chewy. My kids are fussy about tough meat, but will always eat bbq rabbit. i have never tried bbq hare. Always casseroled it.
