Guest markbrick1
believe me mark i know EXACTLY how far 200 yards is ... i have to ............... well i think rabiteer and rob would as well and of coarse i might it could be 2 rugby pitches no they wouldnt ........... now socks i cant see why if i say its 200 yards you dont just beleave me, i have 2 people down here who will vouch for what i say and you know em both so surely they wouldnt lie for the sake of a few yards, ive said come on down and i will show you but in a previous post of yours about early pace you said a bitch of yours has the earliest pace youve seen and shes a half cross,i didnt comment but this black bitch is in a differant leauge and the merle i parted with well she was on her own but i didnt keep tellin you ,you were wrong youre a very knowledgable man but sometimes youre very wrong, mark mark actually this is what i said '' i own a first cross collie grey and belive me there are not many dogs that could beat her to first turn on a bunny '' but this thread isnt about pace so i dont know why you mentioned it ... anyway i am not going to get into another arguement over something trivial .. if the 3 of you say its 200 yards then so be it ............ ok socks but beleave me i would never question you over animal healthcare are any info on animal health are fitness i know when i see someone who knows what hes talking about all the best mark Quote Link to post
Guest markbrick1
Cheers Mark, it was a nice night to be running dogs, I'll be over again some point with flyn a little fitter For those who havent seen him, Flyn is the merle rough coat slow coach He ran as he always does...un inspiring but steady enough, and I'd consider that night as his cobwebbs blown off!! The filming is something new to me, didnt seem to interfere with the rabbiting too much. Plenty of LONG runs for these little lurchers..... good slips on rabbits that werent haning around and that werent all shown on video as in the main only the catches were kept Dont know much about this lamping competition, but Cat, the black bitch i never favoured much last season...she was a bit "manic"....well she has settled down now and her lightening pace is killing rabbits time again on the run, very very good to watch..and she will take numbers with ease .....unlike flyn who seems to grab from the hedge as average lurchers do! So watch this space for Cat in the comp, it will be interesting to hear how she got on, especially against TOMO's bitch, as they are similar sized lurchers...with Cat a little longer in the back maybe....might be a case of what wins best...speed or turn ?????????? edit to add .... And Flyn certainly aint one of the better dogs on any web site yea cheers rob should be a good bit of fun and a laugh to see you soon mark Quote Link to post
