had it with my greys she may not be quite ready as all dogs vary

but you will need a good dog if she is fighsty, and muzzel and probably some help to hold her while the dog gets on and turns

she will stay still if i muzzle her . he isnt proven but he is 3 and a half and a good sized working border he is very intrested but she lets him so near and then gives him a warning .

well possibly not quite their .she shouldnt warn him until he is going in .

and your probably going to have to help get him in and somone to hold her.

i had exact same trouble their feckers to line to be honest .and not as loose as other breeds

i am keeping 2 a mate is getting 2 another mate is getting one a mate from here is getting one as is the boy who has lent me the collie so thats 7 i dont know if she will even have that many but they will not be for sale they were bread for own use as i have said else where this is my second litter ever the other was my cane corse 4 years ago and it wasnt meant she just stood and they done there bizz as i owned both dogs i didnt even know i wasnt there hence i have no idea what to do the now there are people on here advertise litters regularly so to be fair why is what will come of my pups any diffrent to what will come of theres ? well apart from the way they will be brought up and the fact i already have them all homed ? none of my dogs are ever in anything other than a1 condition and neather will my pups be if she even stands if she doesnt then the dog will go back and ill just go buy a dog i didnt just keep the bitch to have a litter she will stay here whether she has one or not i just thought with the class of the bitch and the class of this collie dog the pups should have been of decent use.

Have you got homes booked for any pups if they come along?

Or will we be seeing them for sale on here as usual?

Maybe they won't mate because they know what will become of their pups .......................

beat me to it :clapper: ..... kreet im affraid you bring it upon yourself mate.

if you really want to get it sorted and she wont stand i often leave a trusted bitch and trusted dog togther in the own space (grass yeard) for a long time, if it dosent happen then, it wont, or she aint ready!
