jasper65 6
that young lad Samir Nasri for Arsenal looked a tidy player, even though I support Man U if there was another team I liked to watch in the premiership it would be Arsenal... I must admit Liverpool didn't look like setting the premiership alight by their performance today .. By the way. Man Utd 3 Newcastle 0 Tomorrow . Jasper

BULLDOUG 199
The mighty Man united for me, i agree Ronaldo although he should have a good season this year, i for one cant wait to see the back of the f*****g charlie, id like to cover him in fox piss and set the dogs on him. What ambition can he have if he wants to leave the greatest club in the world?? i think we have the perfect repacement in Nani, just wait and see

ferretville 69
Got to be between man u and chelsea and im going to say chelsea this year. They pushed man u all the way in what was a close run title race. I think chelsea will play with much more freedom this year and can see an even greater determination in them to take the title. Man u well what can you say about there performance last year as simply an awesome achievement even though i hate the buggers lol. Personally i think they should of sold ronaldo to real thats were he wants to be and i bet he does`nt have a season like he did last year . Arsenal for 3rd place everyone wrote them of last year but only finished 4 points behind the champions . They could do with a solid centre half and a good holding midfielder to give them that bit more steel through the middle , but on there day there still a joy to watch. Liverpool fourth as i just can`t see benitez stopping his rotating policy and its allways in games were they should be steamrolling the oppositon some decent signings but as usual take gerrard out the team and there not the same. Well the way things have gone for the magpies in preseason what with there transfers or lack of i think it is going to be a hard season for us but still believe we will be top dogs in the north east . What a game to start with man u away on a ground were we just don`t do well a man u win today i would think just glad the season is here again FV.

It seems Ferguson bent his arm to stay one more season so he could equal the record of english titles held by a Liverpool manager and then I reckon he'll retire, you can pretty much put your houe on Ronaldo will be off next season.... Jasper It always makes me laugh when i read comments like that Jasp.....why would ronaldo have any loyalty to united ?...he or any other foreigner couldnt give a bollock about what english club they play for and certainly have no respect for our clubs traditions etc.....for a player like ronaldo man utd are just a stage to do their thing on in front of the world....some dont set the world alight and end up going back where they came from, others like ronaldo will then look for what in their eyes is bigger and better things.....i agree, what bigger club could he want to play for than utd.....but thats the thing,in these players eyes, english clubs are to be exploited not embraced......just like the rest of our society.... English clubs pay the best wages and are as high profile as anywhere else in europe,so where better to market yourself as a top player !.....but if you think they feel they owe anything to the clubs that made them....adebeyor at arsenal pretty much humiliated the club during the summer after just 1 pretty good season with them....these players have no respect for the english game or english clubs, they are out for themself....... At least down at west ham the majority of the players we cheer for are from surrounding areas and do have a little pride in their club....little mark noble even said he would take a cut in wages to stay at the team he supports !.... Jasper Yep, once he gets by Liverpools record he'll retire a happy man Unless he decides to try for more European cups than Real Madrid
