tote 861
Errr...he said when he was walking them..not running them on quarry..hence the reason muzzles would be useable... read it again There was no mention of "running them on quarry" in the first post. I'd have thought if they were running quarry they'd be concentrating 100% so wouldn't be fighting. Whereas if they were just off the lead running about there would be nothing to take their minds off each other so I'm guessing that's when their fighting. Maybe jedandlevo can put us in the picture. Guest smashygadge
well i walk mine .and if any quarry 9 times out of 10 its fare game. dont we all walk dogs to find quarry.or just jump out of jeeps. where i live you cannot walk without seeing some quarry .now if its a genral walk where talking about i would just let them run separately Quote Link to post

redmoor 0
My only thought was that it would be a solution for walking the dogs if he doesnt have time to run them separately. He'd have to clarify the situation himself, but it sounds like they all get a bit hyped up for the walk and start squabbling...you are right though, it certainly wouldnt solve the problem if they scrap whenever they are together. My friends' 2 terrier bitches dont get along in the yard, but will hunt together no problem..i guess the focus is off each other when they are working. Quote Link to post
