There are Pro's and Con's of both, depending on so many different factors. There is no point whatsoever in tearing the respected differences in Fieldsports to shreds. ;)

aye mark it was a great night, good to get out on the lamp again. you werent wrong about bringing the lucky head mate , 7 in one night thats a good nights foxing in anybody's book. you and david will have to come back up soon before the birds arrive to tidy up the rest.

 

david well done on some great shooting under pressure mate and good to meet you at last. i think i might have to get a T3 after all, but to make it harder next time your only allowed eye shots

In my eyes the serious foxer needs as many tools as he can master to keep on top of the fox numbers .Got no problem with any humane method but as Foxy says ,the gun will win everytime .Well done you two and good shooting David .

Great result there guys and superb shooting a standing shots off sticks on a target that size at those distances... a lot more bloody difficult than people think Cracking read and a good, efficient bit of vermin control. Nice one.
