Hounds for a six mile point run him in bolt him have another hour on him run him in and dig him after 6 ft break through and then shoot him bit of everything

not really, put the same thread in the shooting section and the rolls would be reversed

thats why you have guns mate you cannot train a dog only joking loads better with a dog and its fittest of the fittest that live and not all the one that come in to our sites died pre ban

i use shooting as a way of entering young dogs... so i do both but i only shoot when numbers in an area need eradicated... any other time its the dogs for me... i find foxes have very little chance with a gun and on farms where we have been called out to we have killed up to six with perhaps a few that have made it to cover whilst injured... numbers arent near as high when i use the dogs but they are either killed or they escape... at times, its alot more humane than what the gun can be
