New permission aquired!!!!

Recommended Posts

Was out for a ride on my motorbike today, was getting bored so I went to see my mate who is stuck working out in the sticks. When I got there we were talking general shite until he pointed out a field with a crazy old building in it and some funny shaped land. Then I remembered that I used to pay the farmer £10 a day years back to ride my motorcross bike there. He then said why dont you pop up there and ask him if we could shoot on his land for a similar arrangement, so off i popped!! :yahoo: !!!!

When I got there it took a while for me to find him, but when I did it turned out to be a differant bloke :wallbash: .. So I started to talk to him about the previous arrangement I had with the old land owner.....................and then I just told him about me and my friend who are keen airgun hunters and asked if there would be a possibility of us shooting on his land for a small fee. To my suprise he was very laid back and said "yea why not", Just told me not to shoot any pheasants(hahaha). I assured him that I am only interested in airgun quarry(which i am) and just like that the deal was done!!! :gunsmilie::gunsmilie: !!

Going there tonight for a recki will take the guns just incase!!! will let you guys know how we get on!!!

Just goes to show that if you pluck up a bit of courage, put together a good case, show a bit of professionalism when talking about the sport, even unprepaired you can get results!!!
